用法:

Suspend 47.1g of the medium in one liter of distilled Water. Mix well and  heat  with frequent agitation until the medium is dissolved.Sterillize in an autoclave at 121℃ for 15 min.
称取本品47.1g,加热溶解于1000ml纯化水中,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
